+ the artist delivers digital and traditional pen drawings given in the form of pdf files, pngs, high quality scanned work on paper or in case of traditional artwork it may be delivered through mail.
If the art should be requested traditional and delivered through the mail, the artist will have the right to charge a shipping fee on top of the commission costs.+ the client is to pay 50% of the agreed commission fee in advance at the time of commission and will pay the 50% balance of the agreed commission on receiving the commissioned artwork.+ the artist's commission price is set in EUR. However, the artist will inform the client about the costs in their currency.+ the artist has the right to refuse a commission request without needing to provide a reason.+ the artist has the right to cancel commissioned work due to inappropriate behaviour, breach of the Terms of Service, communication difficulties, delay of payment by the client.+ the artist's work will not be reproduced, traced, reposted, edited, altered, used commercially or discredited by the client. However, the client is allowed to use the artist's artwork for personal use.+ the artist retains the right over the image and can use it commercially, if the artist desires.+ if the client does not provide a timely response to a clarification request during the commission period (1 month), the artist has the right to negotiate revised terms with the client or cancel the commission.+ the official Start of Work begins after the artist confirmed the first sketch with the client.+ the refund process is only possible before the Start of Work . After the completion of the work, a refund is not possible.+ by violation of the Terms of Service or the artist's rights, the artist will be protected by the German law.+ the artist will ask the client to agree to the Terms of Service before the Start of Work and will only continue with the commission process after this agreement. If any issue arises, the client cannot cite ignorance as a reason for cancelation.

Art use policy

I definitely appreciate reposting with a proper credit to myself as the artist but I don't think tracing or editing my work is flattering at all. If anyone of you should ever come across such a post, please let me know through a DM or similar.
